Fees for paid Services (e.g., ticket purchases) are stated at the point of sale. Payments are processed by our selected payment processors. Refunds are subject to event-specific and processor policies. We are not responsible for fees charged by payment providers.

All content, trademarks, logos, designs and software on the Services are owned or licensed by FPEVOTE. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except where expressly permitted.

By submitting content (nominations, profile information, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

Except as required by law, FPEVOTE (and its officers, employees, agents) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will be limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 (USD), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FPEVOTE from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FPEVOTE operates, unless otherwise required by local law. Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved informally; where required, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts or arbitration as specified in applicable local terms.

We may update these Terms. When changes are material we will provide notice (via website or email) and update the effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
